Hello! I’m Cameron, a computer science major and math minor at the University of Florida. I really enjoy being outdoors and active, so my favorite things to do are biking and going to the beach or pool with my friends. I have been tutoring for three years now, and my favorite thing about it is facilitating understanding in students. When a student goes from complete confusion to the “AHA” moment when it all clicks, that is the most fulfilling thing! A cool project I am working on outside of school and tutoring is helping a payment company create a web application for credit card processing, which has given me extra experience using my computer science education and has posed new and interesting challenges I hadn’t seen in the classroom yet.
